You are very welcome to visit THE FRIARS at Aylesford Priory, probably the oldest village in England.
As soon as you enter the grounds you will a sense of calm, Peace and tranquillity. The placed is steeped in History from the 12th Century and is home to Carmelite fathers. You will see the West and North barn on your right, The North Barn is available for hire; the West barn is home to the book shop, also sells a wide variety of gifts and also serves light refreshments. At the bottom of the car park you will see the world Famous Aylesford Pottery, which began life here in 1954.
